Refund policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory for any claim of product damage.
Please ensure the video captures the entire unboxing process, from breaking the package seal to showing the product clearly — without any cuts, edits, or filters.

Without this complete video proof, we will be unable to process your return or exchange request.
Please note that any damage caused after delivery or during handling by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

If your return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition, along with all original packaging and inclusions (such as jewellery boxes or product pouches).

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2 business days for your refund to be processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
